 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Remove and inspect all finished product rolls in order to remove non-conforming parts and make the product usable per the customer’s specifications. Print Quality one jobs. Perform all duties and functional responsibilities.

A.        DUTIES AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately interpret the job ticket
• Review the conformance card and label standards in order to determine which parts are acceptable
• Maintain roll count log while rewinding rolls if taken by packager for packaging
• Complete all required paperwork
• Process special rewind requirements for sensitive products as designated by quality
• Comply with all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions
• Perform any other duties as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
